My fiancée and I encountered him at an open house and decided to use him to purchase a coop apartment in Manhattan. We can tell you from previous experience working with a “large firm” broker, in Manhattan and the surrounding Burroughs, it is extremely important to find a trust-worthy, industry intelligent, personable broker such as Rich. We often felt like we were his only client, which made the process more enjoyable.

 

Even through the difficult coop application process he provided integral step-by-step guidance and worked around the clock in prompt and professional manner. It was very apparent he had significant experience and knowledge of the market. Throughout the entire process Rich was competent regarding available apartments, exceedingly conscientious of our requirements and candid about his professional opinion, however always respectful of ours. I persistently felt he was acting in my best interest while showing absolutely no angst regardless of how many apartment showings we requested.

 

During the final stages, he provided us with professional comps and additional information to help us make our final decision. No question was too insignificant or irrelevant; he always made sure he did his best to find out correct and accurate facts. Rich also offered excellent mortgage assistance and an exceptional real estate lawyer.
