As a boutique, privately held real estate firm, Commodore Property Group brings a unique perspective to each client relationship. We assist our clients with obtaining a mortgage, buying and selling property, as well as evaluating and sourcing real estate investment opportunities. Because we understand and are able to participate in the entire process, we capture synergies that less intragraded and agile firms are unable to achieve. While some real estate brokers are no more than order takers, we strive to become trusted advisers to our clients.

As a member of REBNY (the Real Estate Board of New York), CPG has access to all of the listings in New York City. REBNY members are required to post their exclusive listings to the REBNY data base with-in 24 hours of receiving them. This means that our clients have the best of both worlds; a small, client focused firm that is free of large firm conflicts (many larger firms have been known to show clients only their own inventory so that they can capture both sides of the deal), as well as access to all of the available co-ops, condos and townhouses in New York City.
